By placing an order or using our website, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use our services.
3. Products and Pricing
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the prevailing UK rate. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error affects your order, we will notify you before fulfilment and you may choose to proceed or cancel.
4. Orders and Payment
An order is confirmed only once we send you an order confirmation email. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We do not store card details on our servers.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day. Delivery timescales are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays. See our Delivery Policy for full details.
6. Returns & Refunds
You have a statutory right to cancel any order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our extended policy allows returns within 30 days. See our Returns Policy.
7. Consumer Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If goods are faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
8. Warranty
All products come with the manufacturer's warranty. In addition, all goods carry a minimum 12-month guarantee under UK consumer law.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
