Not happy? Return anything within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — postage is on us.

How to Return

  1. Log into your account → go to My Orders
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and click Request Return
  3. Print the prepaid return label (emailed automatically)
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible
  5. Drop off at any Royal Mail collection point

Alternatively, contact our support team and we'll arrange the return for you.

Refund Timescales

  • Returns processed within 1 business day of receipt
  • Refunds appear in your account within 3–5 business days
  • Original delivery charges refunded for faulty or incorrect items

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging
  • Electronics must not have been registered or activated
  • Software, games, and opened media cannot be returned unless faulty
  • Personalised or custom items cannot be returned unless faulty

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days, you're entitled to a full refund or replacement. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll resolve it immediately.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
