Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days. Next-day delivery is available on orders placed before 3pm Mon–Thu.
Yes! Free standard delivery on all UK orders over £50. Orders under £50 are £4.99.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day returns policy. Return in original condition for a full refund. Returns are free.
Log in → My Orders → select item → click "Return". You'll receive a prepaid label by email.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.
Take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
